  • Cherry-chokeberry juice nose. Very soft tannins, classic, lightbodied claret with a touch of barnyard.

  • Great Value - This wine is extraordinary in a sense that, although it may not be a really "grand" Bordeaux, yet it is as close as a 11 EUR bottle can get. At least for my taste. I love the distinct bouquet and taste of leather and wood, the barrique that shows, but only if it is well embedded in a round and fruity character. In the 2007 Château Tour Prignac I have found that. Of course, some more complexity, structure and depth would be nice, but being a Bordeaux freak with limited budget I am more than happy with the value I have found here. Indeed, my world would be a better one if it was easier to find Bordeaux wines like this one for the price of this one...

  • Nice classic tasting bordeaux. Assume it's a CS blend.
