  • Louis Latour White & Red Burgundy Tasting (Monterrey, Mexico): In color, this is the lightest, most transparent of all three Chablis Grand Cru tasted in this flight. Very pretty nose of honeysuckle and jazmin flowers. It is medium bodied, delicious and very aromatic. It has the least acidity of all Chablis in this flight. Delicious.
