12.5% alc. Non filtered. Sivi Pinot on the label. The wine was brilliant, I was too busy enjoying it, and didn't take detailed notes. Balance and drive, complexity and volume. E. Tasting at One in Porto Montenegro.

Deep yellow color. Exotic aromas of bananas and pears, butterand fino sherry. Ripe, complex fruit in the mouth with excellent balance, depth and length. A touch oxidative but still fresh. A very unusual but enjoyable Pinot Grigio with salty or spicy food.

A touch richer, more complex and longer on the palate than the 2/14/12 bottle.

This wine was still yellow in color but fresher and less oxidative than the 12/18/10 bottle.
