  • A murkey mid garnet in colour with the faintest suggestion of bricking at the rim. This 10 year old Pinot Noir has started its decline. A bouquet of wild strawberries, cherry and undergrowth is accompanied with a funky barnyard complexity which blows off after an hour. Fruit is starting to fade on the palate and is joined by a bitter almond flavour which is pleasant. Mouthfeel is moderately silky, but a little thin making the acids poke too much. Drink up!
