At Factory Kitchen. Went well with veal tenderloin and short ribs. The acidity cut the fat nicely. Nose was strawberries and herbs. Jammy qualities emerged after it got a bit of air. Excellent vintage, excellent wine.

Powerful dark garnet. Strawberry, raspberry, earth, and mint nose. Medium bodied, well integrated flavors of chocolate cherries, boysenberries, pepper, sweet tannins, good acid, cinnamon, and a tasty, medium length finish. This is a great Barbera.
