Pop and pour. What a treat! This has great fruit and structure balance. Took about 2 hours of decant to hit its stride. Plenty of tannins left for many more years of enjoyment.

- It's balanced and has flavours of dusty and walnut with a full body. Round texture with a medium finish - Had with Filet mignon, at Aragosta restaurant; musty aroma on opening, but mellowed quickly to woody, earthy. Full body, bold blend with Merlot dominance. Very nice, holds up to flavorful steak dish.

At Gary's Grand Tasting. Have had great experieince with Pott - been on their list for the last few years.
Medium/dark color. Still young, smooth mouthfeel but doesnt feel fully evolved. Dark fruits, cedar, earth, cherries. Dominant merlot gives it the plush feel - I think this will add complexity in time. Would revisit this in a cou0ple years
Best wine from Pott (IMO) is still the Her Majesty Secret Service Cab. You wont find a bad one in the group

This wine had a really soft mouth feel that showed me the little amount of cab franc...i think that i opened this 3-5 years to early...a little disjointed, but a really nice nose and matching palate of dark fruit, cedar and tobacco....hold the other.

Part of the wine selection for James' 40th birthday celebration. This was my favorite of all tasted - really opened up during the afternoon.
