  • My last bottle of this wine. I still have one ball left of their Aloxe-Corton. Both that and this are the kosher versions. This is a well-known respected producer. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they did a kosher run in 2002. Unfortunately when I bought them I did not realize how limited they were and when I wanted to get more they were quickly sold out. This as I said is my last bottle of the case. It has been consistently and excellent wine. I was pleasantly surprised that it was still holding together well. This does need to be considered as soon as possible. Nice Earth barnyard smelling flavors. Your typical earthy Pinot Noir with also notes of smoke, cherry and a lot of Earth. A lot of complex secondary flavors. Really a great example of old burgundy with all it secondary flavors. Very enjoyable.

  • The nose on this browning ruby colored wine is smoky with vanilla, coffee, strawberry, cherry, plum, herbs/mint. The mouth on this light to medium bodied wine has strawberry, plum, and cherry notes. The mid palate is acidic with fading tannins. The finish is medium long with cherry, coffee, strawberry, and mint. It is a wine well past its peak, and one that should be used up or tossed.

  • Round, succulent, raspberry spicy wine. Very nice indeed.
