Pale white gold with a green tinge, very youthful appearance, no evolution whatsoever; still displays spontaneous fermentation aromas, salty minerals, star-bright ripe fruit, subtle hints of wax and herbs, coconut; the palate is vintage KP Keller, in a way much more typical than the immensely rich 2005 Hubacker, intensity without weight, seamless and harmonious, mature but amazingly youthful owing to almost tingling acidity, pure and precise; good to very good length. Perfectly at ease with itself. Completely ready but no need to hurry.

Very true to Klaus-Peter Keller's style in its tension between energy/acidity and ripe fruit (greengage, peach), hint of waxy bottle-age, easily has the weight and intensity of a GG, herbs and almost salty minerality; excellent length. Effortless marriage of finesse and power - and a confirmation that 2005 was a magnificent vintage "chez Keller". At peak but no hurry.

Petrolium fumes in the nose! Taste: a little lemonand soft yellow apples. Dry but has a finishing sweetnes that balances the acid.
