Uncorked for two hours, served at room temperature. Color: Medium Red. Nose: Green Pepper, Black Cherry, Raspberry, Earthy tones. Palate: see nose. Finish: Medium. Tannins: Medium to High. Alcohol: 13 % well integrated. Medium bodied mouthfeel with initial red fruit. Mid-palate adds green pepper transitioning into an earthy and moderately tannic finish. A great food wine at the moment and will get better with short- to medium term cellaring. 87-88 points.

Drank over 2 nights - wet rocks / red currants / bright cherry on nose & palate. A faint whiff of green pepper on the nose but not noticeable on the palate. Great food wine, medium body, nice acidic structure and medium length finish. Great mid-week wine and good QPR. Would buy again.

What great value for $18. The nose opens up to reveal delicate notes of green pepper, herbs, chocolate coffee and a hint of caramel. On the palate it offers a rich ripe raspberry and smooth finish - a really nice wine.

Popped and poured. Not very expressive on the nose, but what is coming through is earthy red berries, a slight bit of green paprika and a bit of coffee, very agreeable. The palate is somewhat austere, with some bitter fruit, some tannins that are quite soft, rather nice. Hmm, a nice little wine that could do well with a couple more years in the cellar.
