  Still drinks young with some nice elements of its age. Dark salmon color and really drinking well right now with plenty left in the tank for storage.

  Grapes for Great Causes: Older SQN and SE Flight ‘06-‘09 (Les Nomades Chciago): So fresh, bright Salmon color, so much weight on the palate forward fruit, great intensity and a nice way to start the evening.

  3rd time I met this wine.
  
  The nose is elegant, divided between dried roses and crushed strawberries. Fine effervescence.
  
  Delicately on the palate, unfolding a full-bodied juice with an integrated tension that offers ample balance. It's complex with a touch of smoke, almost dried meat, all coated with this ever-bright fruit. Champagne is at its peak, and unfolds serenely. Beautiful floral finish while freshness over a length that unfortunately I've found a little short.
  
  The whole is nevertheless excellent.

  Bastille Day Celebration with Lots of Champagne Rosé (Park Ridge Country Club): Small glass from magnum, brief note. Rich red berries on nose and palate with some apple notes in the middle, some lemon on finish. Very complex, still wonderfully fresh. A highlight tonight.
