Browned butter, nuts, bit-o-honey and a touch of grass. The finish is a tad bitter. Compared it blind along side a 2005 Edmunds St. John Roussanne which came off as more interesting; however the richer butteriness of this wine paired it well with some foods like crackers and cheese and a simple broth soup.
