Dark garnet and purple colored, medium to full bodied, nicely balanced blackberry and dark cherry fruits with notes of tobacco, black tea, spice, hint of clove and cedar with moderate smooth tannins on a tangy finish. https://unwindwine.blogspot.com/2023/01/wine-dinner-features-spring-mountain.html

Beautiful, and, so ready to drink. Paired perfectly with grilled hot dogs, sausage, and hamburgers. Hit of the evening. Dark, dark ruby red. No flaws. No sediment. Major rim variation. Beautiful, but soft, nose of red florals and dark fruits. Low tannin. Low acid. Medium alcohol. Medium finish. Old world nose. Sadly our last. But if you have it, this wine is ready to rumble.

Interesting Bordeaux style blend from a very nice Cab House on Spring Mountain. Medium garnet color. Cherry, cranberry and maybe some raspberry with a bit of oak on the finish. I found this showed more of a left bank style.
