Fine, crisp and fresh with a long finish. Floral complexity that adds an interesting side to this. Clearly very well made - would never in my life have guessed this to be from a new york winery.

Drank off the list at Gramercy Tavern. Crisp acidity with peach/lemon/honeysuckle on the nose and palate and smooth minerality. It paired well with our apps and mains, and might be the most perfect summer wine ever created.

The nose showed field grasses, spring florals, lemon and stone and hints on richness. On the palate, I found green apple and a sweet & sour pull of citrus and minerals. It seemed to have the slightest amount of residual sugar, which was perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity. On the long, mouth-filling finish, I found tart pineapple with lemon and lime notes.
