Mostly Riesling Tasting at Domain Trimbach (Ribeauvillé, France): Yellow orange color. High toned, honeyed nose is inviting and spectacular. Unctuous but gorgeous balance. Better acidity than either of the 2011's. as is often the case with the sweeter examples, less of those offputting Gewurztraminer scents and flavors. A potentially great late harvest wine; bring on the foie gras or Munster!
