Good effervescence, but not overly bubbly with a pale straw color. The nose is reminiscent of fresh baked bread and toasted hazelnuts. On the palette, it was not as dry as many brut champagnes, with a nutty, kettle popcorn taste. At less than $12 a bottle it was very drinkable and pleasant.
