Deep golden colour with large vigorous bubbles initially that tail off into very small bubbles with low vigour. Light aromas of brioche and hard cheese rind over some ripe red apple and faint citrus. On the palate, a crisp and light presence with a broad foam. Flavours of breadiness and light apple cider. Not much evolution, things fall off in intensity quickly to leave a short and clean finish. Low complexity in a dry and simple framework. Bubbles for everyday.

Pale lemon yellow with green tinges. Green apple, dried flowers, and prominent lees notes. Crisp, clean, and mineral on the palate. Great QPR. 11.5% ABV.
