  Yum. Yeasty, rich, tasty, still definitely a brut. Will definitely enjoy the bottle that's been on the lees one year longer.

  Enjoyed with salsa. Bright straw color. Good tight bubbles. Lemon lime and mushy apple. Aggressive fruit start which bleeds off into a buttery yeast. Finishes moderately dry but does not clean up all that well on the back end.
