  Fruity, and still young, but can taste the mellowing of the tannins into a silky smoothness. Almost can taste some stem, and ripe concord grapeiness. Some blackberry and cassis as well as a faint hint of green apple. Really a nice little wine, and very enjoyable. Some spice at the end too. Can taste a hint of the malolactic fermentation as well. A little butter and yeast. Really nice.
