  Big wine still; I was concerned this might come across as too "soupy" as many in this vintage have shown but this has the richness along with some nice citrus zest overtones to the fruit. Tobacco, iron, incense, truffle and a menthol-character found on the finish, a bit like cough syrup initially. Good base of dark cherry fruit. Aging quite well still.
