  Clear and light looking.
  Nose is earthy with nice light red notes. I really like the nose. It seems to be evolving and I keep coming back to it.
  Palate is full and rich but lite at the same time. Nice earthy elements with good fruit complementing it. The finish is long and lingering with a slight (very slight) sweetness that chiefly serves to extend the finish. Blind, I would have called this Burgundy.
  We served this with roast duck and it was a great pairing.
  Would buy again.

  Tasting room visit. The bouquet gave earthy and slightly candied red fruit along with sandalwood and eastern spice. Added notes of tea compliment on the palate. Fine and silky structure with a medium finish. Well done.
