  Issu d’un millésime ordinaire pour la région, j’ai ouvert ma deuxième bouteille de ce vin. À noter que la première ne m’avais pas particulièrement enchanté. Nez qui demande un peu de temps avant de s’ouvrir, par la suite beaucoup de fruits, cerise, réglisse, légère note de fumé, très charmeur après 1 heure. En bouche, quoique la matière n’est pas énorme, elle est bien présente, l’acidité est élevé mais confère une belle longueur, finale douce. Bien équilibré, en finesse, aucun avantage à attendre plus longtemps ce vin…AMHA à son apogée en ce moment. La prochaine bouteille risque d’être ouverte prochainement.

  Tasted quite good straight out of the bottle, but did not hold up for even 24h, despite corking with argon gas. Then again, I think this bottle sat on the shelf at the store for quite some time prior to my purchase.

  Too acidy fruity for a syrah - drank blind didn't realize that it was a syrah??? As I drank - got acider - first sips were nice?
