Medium yellow. Petrol and apple on the nose. Medium bodied. Off dry mix of spicy apple and stone fruit with excellent acidity and length but little stoniness.

Stone fruit, a little nip of plastic, and some mint? More of a Spätlese than a Kabinett, but I’m not complaining. Not terribly complex but it makes up for it in sheer drinkability. I don’t know if I can see this improving.

Light gold. Yellow stone fruit (peach, plum) on the nose, with a minty note as well. The palate is pretty weighty for a Kabinett and has the texture more of a Spätlese. There's racy acidity here still though, balancing the sweetness nicely and leading into a relatively dry finish that is the most impressive aspect of the wine: it builds layers and layers of tangerine and apricot. Delicious now, probably delicious later too.

Popped and poured. Gentle aroma of stone fruit and wet stone. Rich flavors of barely ripe apricot, minerals. Honey and citrus balance each other out in a lingering, full finish. True kabinett level sweetness, mature, nice backbone, some complexity. Drinking well.

Deep golden color in the glass. Luxurious mouthfeel. Peaches and honeysuckle. Mature and holding up well.
