Second bottle of this drank within the last month. Still impressed with the value, the price is that of standard table wine. My previous review seems still valid on this taste, so I will stick with that...

Excellent value wine at $8. Dark ruby red iin color. Full-bodied, a little spicey, oaky - blackberry, plums accent. Fantastic at the price point, compares not unfavorably with $12 range.

Ho-hum. Drank alongside the Alamos Malbec of the same vintage, and wasn't impressed by either of them, although I'd rate this as marginally better. Your typical grocery store wine; a bit of sour cherry on the nose, dark color, bit of fruit on the palate. Soft, without much underlying structure. Simple, uncomplicated, nothing much to praise or condemn. Just your everyday plonk.

Strong cherry bouquet upon opening. Medium dry body and smooth taste with sweet overtones for a simple red table wine. Very good for the price range and I'd gladly drink again. Drank it with smoked turkey dinner.
