Rich golden hue, the minerality of the Puligny has receded and so has the fruit. On to its tertiary spectrum with caramel and walnuts and some oxidative notes after 11 years. Somewhat lacking in acidity. Drink now. I’ve to say cousin Philippe Chevy does a better job with this.

Quite a deep yellow colour; full, slightly austere, with notes of lemon and toasted hazelnut, and good length. Tasting mature, but should keep for a year or two.

pale yellow in the baloon this PM shows a ric nose typical of burgundy chardonnay but fals a little bit short in the mouth. Acidity almost faded away and poor almond aftertaste. Less minerality than expected. Nice bottle but well below PM standards. In a fresh evening at Chiavari trying to forget the week. 89/90

Quite a deep yellow colour; full and dry on the palate, with fat, buttery fruit, good weight and some length on the finish. A little more acidity would help, but otherwise this is an attractive, mature white Burgundy.

This bottle is much more pristine than the previous. Drinking great and still has some years ahead.
