  this is at peak or maybe even just past. No hard edges and tasty overall. Still some cherryish fruit left, along with leather, curing meats, and spice. good acids for food.

  Tuesday Night Double Blind $50+ (Roswell, GA): Bright and fresh, floral, sour cherry, not expecting this to be 2009, seems like it has come together nicely but finish is a bit short, very good though.
