  Blackberry, raspberry, violets; pure, full, well-shaped, initially good fruit, with substance and some agedness, some tannins and a bit rough in the middle, long finish, very solid indeed
  After Half Hour: Seems to have aged quickly with more sous bois on the nose and palate and with considerably less fruit, but still with depth and structure, though somewhat more shell-like
