from 375ml. Simple, unmemorable. Clean lines, but no depth of fruit. Although the price tag on this was very modest, to me, this is an expensive wine in that I don't get any value from it. A party wine, I suppose. 9% abv

This is a good wine. Nice acid, good sweetness and clean flavors. It is however, a dead ringer for Tree Top apple juice. If you like that, you'll like this. It isn't offering complexity and likely never will.

Purple Wine Bar’s by-the-glass special dessert wine offering of the night. Light yellow color. Ripe sweetened pear and mineral aromas. Medium bodied palate shows an interesting blend of stone fruit and tropical flavors: pear, pineapple, mineral, and light orange flavors. Medium sweetness – certainly not overly done – showing a good balance throughout. Medium-long finish. Very good.

Brought to a charity tasting. Nice, sweet, pleased the crowd. Simple and not overly complex. Some flavors of apple.

$14 a glass. Sweet up front, apple cider reduction. Medium acid for 2009. Rich mouthfeel, slight fungus, orange?
