Pretty solid if not amazing. I'm thinking you should drink if you have it. I don't see this getting any better, and in fact probably declining fairly soon. As it is, I don't think this is a Syrah that is generally built to go the long haul regardless.
Nice nose of black fruit, olive, coffee/mocha and a little bit of cinnamon underlying it all. Med-full bodied wine with the flavors really attacking the front of the palate. Was a touch tired after that with mid-palate dying down a little but still very much drinkable. got this weird minty(??) aspect to it towards the back end of the palate. has a touch more acidity than tannin at this point in time. Again, not spectacular but for the $15 I got it for, it wasn't bad at all....

Decanted for 2 hours. Dark berries on the nose which are quite pronounced. Leads to jammy entry which is smooth but fruit forward and sustaining at mid palate. A touch of heat on the finish but delightful for the price point. Not a huge syrah but rather a very European syrah. Liked it.

Past it’s prime, but decent for a vintage Paso Sarah

A fair amount of fruit up front with a hearty finish. Very good value for the price. A decent syrah from a good producer.
