  Crisp, steely off-dry semi-acidic wine. Riesling and Gewurztraminer dominate. Faint pear notes. Enjoyed it as a treat. Well balanced. Decanted with a venturi and the crispness left and it tasted like White Grape juice with a kick. Nice to have as a simple white drinking wine.
  
  We paired the wine with grilled chicken (undecanted) and the acidity of the wine was toned down. But neither the wine or food was enhanced. Perhaps try with seafood or cheese.

  Drank this before dinner with cheese and crackers, and the with our pan roasted Halibut. It worked well with both, much drier than I expected with nice flavors of Asian pear, honey and some subtle baking spice.
