Straw yellow colour. Honey and orange peel on the nose. Taste of orange and minerals. Great with cooked lobster, poultry or veal with creamy or mushroom sauce.

Drank over two days: First day 91+, second day ~85 points. Medium gold color, beautiful nose of grass, vegetables and lots of cold flintstone. Taste of flintstone, lemon and a good finish. On the scond day (stored in the fridge) the nose was still good, but the taste faded away and was much less complex.

Medium lemon; intense, rich, tropical, succulent nose: lemon curd, lemon meringue pie, creamy, with a subtle creme brulee note. As for the palate, it's so rich, where's the chalk? Already pretty developed now; very plump and rich, the soft plumpness of fruit obscures the delicacy of the underlying minerality, which peeks through on the medium finish. A voluptuous Sancerre, which seems paradoxical. But undeniably pleasurable.
