  A good example of mature Châteauneuf, with raisiny fruit and a touch of spice, good weight and length. The last of a case bought earlier in the year which has served us very well.

  This is still very good, fully mature with plum and raisin fruit, like Christmas cake. Perhaps just starting to fade a little.

  Quite full and spicy, with a slightly syrupy element (which I rather like). At its peak now.
