  Popped and poured, lemon zest, some light grass, along w/a faint floral aroma on the nose. Snappy/nice acidity even at 4 years of bottle age. Excellent summer quaffer, drink up.

  Same as previous tasting, but the palate is becoming less muted in flavor profile, with the acidity of the wine being the dominant factor.
