  Style note: With its smooth silky texture and high notes of mint and chocolate, this is a delicious wine that needs contact with oxygen to come out. Some black fruit, highlights of red fruit (red currant raisonated) yet mostly terciary savory flavors such as chocolate and tea soaked vanilla cookies. Loads of spice, especially cinammon red hots.
  
  Many varieties considered ... an older richer bordeaux with Cab Franc, Mencia from a ripe vintage ...
