  13% d’alcool
  Œil : opacité 3/10, encore une belle profondeur, légère teinte orange au pourtour sans plus, forte visco en parois
  Nez : somptueux, projection moyenne-faible, fruit confit, cerise griotte, fumée, sous-bois, épices douces difficiles à cerner... muscade, ombre de cannelle, plein d’autres choses intrigantes, magnifique...
  Bouche : sec, ample à gras, acidité rafraîchissante, tanins fin et charnus à souples, très légère astringence, petit côté ferrugineux, belle prise minérale, persistance longue...
  Conclusion : bonheur! Rully haute couture que nous aurions encore pu attendre quelques années.
  Note : bouchon en bonne condition mais très tendre que nous avons dû extraire au bilame. Conservé en cave passive sous obscurité complète.

  PnP and slow ox for an hour prior to dinner. Fantastic damp forest floor aromas carry over to a balanced, deep, minerally, cherry, raspberry, sous bois and spice palate. Its a shame this producer's wine are almost non existent in the US market as this preforms well above the $27 I spent for these 09s on release in 2011. 13% alc. 93pts+

  Sensación en boca acuosa, cortita y un poco áspera y amaderada.
  Nada grande acompañando una paella de marisco.
  No vale lo que cuesta, 21€.
