Light yellow with aromas of citrus and oak/nuts. It was fresh, acidic and stony fruit in flavors. The finish was clean and minerally. It went really well with south carolina style ribs.

Low oak, but still a hint of waxy/resinous character. Minerally wine, sort of fruit driven but ultimately lean at the moment and needs 5+ years. Well integrated high acidity and a sense of stuffing, I think it shows some stuffing, and is well-priced.

my first white C9DP, strong nose of vanilla, on the palate wood....so young, powerfull, but not plump, very good with a typical Hamburg dish, Panfisch, the palate reminds me of a very good Baden Grauburgunder, very long, like that stuff, should improve by cellaring... 88- 90

Pale, clear and light colour. Extremely fresh, nutty stone fruit nose. Nice fresh flavours and a very refreshing finish. A nice wine with out a lot that says CDP blanc.
Still pissed at Jerome Quiot.

WineFanatic Southern Rhone Offline (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – very like straw in colour. Mainly a floral nose with hints of soap and dried tropical fruits. In the mouth it’s bone dry with medium acidity and there is some austerity to this that I enjoy. Flavours of lime coming through on the finish. Good.
