Was served with compliments from the owner of the wine bar. By the glass. No formal notes.
Rich flavourful and big. Definite oak presence but welcome. Buttery, toasty but you still get the vibrant fruit from the Chardonnay. Balanced with sufficient acidity so it didn't feel too heavy. Overall simply delicious and paired well with the mixed chinese dishes.
