  All the concentration of a 1st or 2nd growth french Wine. It's big, like Pichon Comtesse. The tannins back up this dark purple Cabernet, balancing the berry and chocolate flavors just enough to give it an extended and crisp finish. Ty is a perfectionist and it shows in this perfect bottle. I put some away and was really pleased to see how it has evolved. It can go several more years.
