  Superlækker Vacqueyras fra en af de absolut bedre producenter. Dejlig, omend knap så kraftig duft med masser af frugt. Mørke bær, som brombær og solbær kombineret med masser af sol, en god portion peber og afsluttende med lidt vanille. Munden er lidt tung - på den gode Rhoneagtige måde, hvor alkoholen lige fornemmes, men igen med masser af mørk frugt, en god del peber og et ordentlig skud engelsk lakrids. Lækkert! Flot og robust vin, hvor man næsten kan fornemme de lidt flade og solmættede marker i Rhonedalen.

  3rd vac in a week and was in-between the two from Maison Arnoux & Fils Vacqueyras. The new world Jean-Marie Arnoux and the very old world The VAC. Rustic when 1st opened revealing meat, some funk and dark berries. Some coco but no chocolate on the palate. Earthy, melted licorice and pretty straight forward and enjoyable.

  Full bodied, with lots of pepper, rich red fruit and smoke. There are some sweet vanilla flavors in the finish, and there's a kick from the 14.5% ABV - if I tasted this blind I might guess new world.
