  Beau Chablis, ave profondeur.
  Lanminéralité est un peu bousculée, il y abune rondeur non caractéristique.
  Fruits exotiques, vanille, pavot, amandes.

  Appearance: Bright and clear, it has deep lemon color, with watery rims and legs.
  Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of apple and pear, mineral notes of stony, dairy notes of cream, oak notes of vanilla, floral notes of linden. The wine is youthful.
  Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium alcohol, medium body with medium intensity flavors of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of apple and pear, mineral notes of stony, oak notes of vanilla, dairy notes of cream. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
  Conclusion: Very good quality high-priced Chablis with a very intense nose of good complexity, the wine is refreshing, having good structure and balance, and providing a youthful yet elegant palate, of good concentration, as well as finishing with a long length. The wine is ready to drink now though can further develop for another 2-3 years.

  Salon de la Revue du Vin de France 2011 (Palais Brongniart, Paris, France): Un nez complexe, intrigant. Une souplesse en bouche, un équilibre bien maîtrisé entre minéral et fruit, belle bouteille, heureusement pour le prix.
