  Quite good. Small grainy sediment (not a lot). Took about 30 minutes to lose bottle-harshness, and another 1 hour to smooth, but then was a lovely Barolo indeed. Paired nicely with truffled mushroom soup & chitarra w/basil & tomato sauce. REALLY good with hazelnut/chocolate dessert. Quite aromatic - plums and blackberries. I'm guessing this has fully matured.
