Definite improvement with age. So smooth for a CdP, but still enough fruit and depth to complement richness and acidity of a beef daube Provencal. Decanted and aired for 2.5 hours.

This is in a good spot right now, if you have any bottles left I would plan on drinking them soon. A little hot right out of the bottle but after a 1.5 hour decant this mellowed nicely and was really enjoyable. Great QPR at $35 purchased about 6 years ago. Paired with seared pork chops, spaetzle and braised red cabbage.

Needed at least 2 hours including decanting but then fully ready. Retained cherry notes with substantial depth and pleasing acidity. Stood up well to spicy and tomato flavors.

Decant 1.5 hrs. A bolder, old school style, yet has nice taste.

Maroon. Dark and meaty, full bodied. Lots of outdoor woodsy aromas with a bit of black cherry/plum. Rustic and long.
