  Nose is still great, palate has put on a lot of weight, quick big and viscous. A touch of alcoholic heat on the finish.

  Lovely dry to off-dry white (it is probably technically dry, but seems off dry due to the floral/fruity notes) with a lot of floral & tropical fruit notes. Gewurz plays a big role in this field blend.
  
  Drinks well by itself but would likely pair well with much Asian food & spicy food.

  Old Vines Offline III (Mi Casa): This wine had amazing aromatics nose of fresh cut flowers and stone fruits. Palate was complex and well balanced while the finish was creamy and mineral laced. Drank best chilled and better on day one. The alcohol came to the forefront after a day open.

  Lovely slightly off-dry white w/ a big bouquet. Very floral w/ tropical fruit. This is a field blend w/ many grape varietals, but what seems to be Gewurz & Viognier really shine. Pairs well with Thai food.
