Nose is somewhat austere when cold out of the fridge, minerally with a bit of apple peel. Palate is much more generous, plenty of juicy green grape and golden apple with good acidity and minerality, and a slight bitter herbal streak. Nose opens up more as it warms, and the wine stays just as refreshing, there's no need for it to be very cold. Finish is completely dry, with lingering apple/grape. Refreshing and quite likable.

Nice, good champagne. Light, with plenty of sparkle

Rootstock (Sydney, Australia): Some florals and lime. A bit too bland and lacking in depth for me.
