  Well balanced, fruity, mature red that ticks all the right boxes - rich red fruit, elegant oak and soft tannins plus a stylish finish complete the job.

  When first opened, the tannins in this wine were the main feature; even at the end of the first night, while the rich blackfruits, earthy notes, dark chocolate, black and green olives and still some oak notes were clearly evident, the tannins were still forceful. On the second night, the balance was better. Tannins were still in evidence, but played a supporting rather than lead role now on the medium to full bodied, powerful, concentrated wine. Still seems quite young, and should get better, but was lovely on the second night (A-).

  Amazing - like a four year old. Tannins fine but nose, rim, colour, fruit, length all suggests much younger. Lovely but yeas ahead.
