Sight: Rusty orange with hints of gold and tawny. Semi Cloudy. High viscosity.
Nose: Beeswax, acacia honey, fennel, orange tang, orange blossoms, hazelnut, vanilla, smoke, pear skin. Subtle hints of curry and egg yolk.
Palate: Med + Body, Med + acid, High alcohol, hint of rs, med- tannin. Orange peel, white lilies, white pepper, chamomile, apricot pith, dried honey. purposefully oxidized.
This is a white to decant. It changes gorgeously at every sip.
