  Pale yellow straw color with great clarity and brilliance.
  Aromas of baking spice, Bosc pear, jasmine, frankincense, Lily of the Valley, white peach and grapefruit rind leap from the glass with great elegance and integration. The exotic perfume aspect is really interesting. A hint of pastry dough keeps the nose from feeling unctuous or cloying.
  The palate combines smooth, mouthfilling body and clean minerality that keeps things fresh through the long, lanolin-filled finish.
  Phenolics and hibiscus nectar play with fresh substance and a surprising amount of vibrance considering the high pH.
  Long, pleasing aftertaste with mineral and white fruit vying for the finish line.
