Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. No destemming. Pretty opaque. Earthy, black olives, a touch of licorice. Provencal herbs. A touch of VA, reminiscent of Italian wines. Dark fruits dark cherry, ginger bread. Hint of stems. Nice grip on the finish. Very fresh palate.

Showed better and more open than previous bottle. Similar profile with dark cherry, earthy notes and licorice. A touch of old wood as well as a hint of green. Good acidity balancing the ripeness. Drying tannins on the finish. Reminds me of a cross between Bandol and Barolo !

Dusty cherry, licorice and leather. Almost taste italian. Dark fruit palate with a touch of cedar and bell pepper. Quite reminiscent of nebbiolo here. Very enjoyable and compared to the previous bottle a few months ago it seems it has shut down.

Drinking very well but a few more years will do well. I loved the nose, very Provencal with garrigue. Lots of cherry and some earthy notes. Firm tannic structure, decanting clearly helps. Quite reminiscent of a Bandol. Powerful but always with a great freshness. Loved it.
