  • A surprisingly good bargain purchase from a good year. The blend is 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. It will be good for another 2 to 3 years (2011). Full, the syrah giving it body and the grenache giving it tannin, the mourvedre its smoothness. A southern Rhone nose where the Grenache is not very obvious.
