Consumed over two nights. In a very good drinking window with typical Coonawarra fruit, a touch of eucalypt and choc mint. Still very dark red with no browning. Good body, mouthfeel and nice length. Great value. 91

Fruity bouquet with supporting wood. Really Dark red through to the edges. No bricking or crumbling. On the palette, rich with ripe plums and dark berries, vanilla oak, a touch of mocha, smooth fine tannins, subtle acid. Some Coonawarra mint and eucalypt but not as obvious as other Coonawarra Cabernets. Alcohol at 14.8% was well integrated and no heat. The label on the back indicates "Cellar for up to 10 years from vintage", however I think this has the structure and balance to cellar for another 5 years plus. Good value imo.

Casual drinking from bottle stored in a custom built cellar. Took around 2 hours of decanting to really open up. Good length to the wine. Probably could cellar for 5 more years in good conditions. Overall a decent wine but nothing to shout about.
Day 2 (only decanted half bottle)- didn't improve much and was slightly disappointing actually

A passable quaffer. I don't know who gave it all the medals. I don't think the cellaring helped. Inoffensive but not much complexity and pretty forgettable. Better value out there. It should be a $15 bottle.

Perfect reward of time. Inexpensive and well worth the wait.
