Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Ruby with purple highlights.
Red and dark berries, bacon fat, herbs and salt liquorice on the nose.
Full-bodied palate with good carrying acidity, medium grip and a good deal of berry fruit. Meaty nuances and salt liquorice towards the warm mid-length finish.
    A rather enjoyable young Minervois.
